About The Position

We're looking for experienced Call Center Sales Representatives to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you'll engage with both current and prospective customers introducing new products, upselling existing services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll represent some of the most recognizable brands in the world, with a variety of exciting projects and flexible schedules based on site and program availability.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Promote and sell products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Upsell and cross-sell based on customer profiles and preferences
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions
  • Research and resolve customer issues in collaboration with other departments
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
  • Protect sensitive customer information and ensure data privacy
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
  • Stay current with training, updates, and program changes
  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
