We're looking for Call Center Sales Representatives to join our team and drive outbound sales efforts for some of the world's most recognized brands. In this role, you'll connect with both new prospects and existing customers introducing new products, upselling services, and providing helpful information about client offerings. Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic attitude
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Promote and sell products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Stay up to date with training, meetings, and program updates
  • Meet attendance and scheduling expectations
