Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of sales operations within the call center to optimize performance and efficiency. Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and procedures to improve sales execution. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights. Collaborate closely with sales leaders to drive strategy and align operational processes with sales goals. Train and develop team members to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and operational protocols. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators. Identify areas for automation and technology needs to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or management within a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing multiple projects.
