Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and/or business support, preferably within a call center environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools preferred.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via inbound and outbound calls, promoting Verizon products and services to meet their specific needs.
• Provide comprehensive business support by resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems and track sales activities.
• Identify sales opportunities and apply consultative selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Work proactively to contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experiences.
