About The Position
The Dispatch Center Representative I (DCR; Floater) at POPA Federal Credit Union is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for providing exceptional member service through telephone and electronic communications. The DCR I will also assist with various transactions, account management, and may float to different branch locations as needed.
