Life Alert Emergency Response is seeking Entry Level Call Center Representatives for our 24 Hour Call Center in Encino, California. This role is crucial in providing emergency response services to seniors, ensuring they can live independently and safely at home. The position involves comprehensive training to equip representatives with the necessary skills to handle calls effectively and compassionately.

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in need of emergency assistance.
  • Provide information about Life Alert services and technology.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Document calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
