The Call Center Representative at the Heart Vascular & Leg Center is responsible for managing inbound and outbound patient communications, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and retention. This role involves scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and providing essential information regarding appointment preparations.

  • Handle all inbound calls from new and existing patients.
  • Make outbound calls to patients and prospects as needed.
  • Maximize patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain company expectations for converting inquiry calls to booked new patients.
  • Ensure accurate input of demographics and insurance information into the EMR system when scheduling new patients.
  • Obtain marketing data for inquiry sources and patient email addresses.
  • Communicate appointment preparation information to patients.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service required.
  • Prior call center experience preferred.
