As a Call Center Representative at 24 Hour Fitness, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by making warm calls to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with these customers, understand their needs, and promote our fitness products and services effectively. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication and sales skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that each interaction is positive and informative. In this role, you will make outbound calls using provided leads, engaging customers in meaningful conversations to ascertain their preferences and needs. You will present and promote our offerings over the phone, providing accurate information and addressing any inquiries they may have. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be essential in closing sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating customer records in our sales software, such as Salesforce, and collaborating with team members to achieve overall call center goals. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work well under pressure and maintain organization in a busy environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and while prior experience in the fitness or retail industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
