Additionally, the position includes reminding callers of their appointment details and cancellation policies, answering questions, and directing calls to other departments as needed. The individual will also serve as a communication liaison between patients and clinical staff, inputting and updating tasks in the designated system, and performing other related duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
