We are hiring for two key roles: Customer Accounts Representative and Customer Care Representative. Candidates must be open to either position and will be cross-trained across departments. This position is located in Irving, TX and is a fully in-office role. Customer Accounts Representative Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Two late nights per week (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM; never on Friday) Every other Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) One week per month: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Light collections role: calling customers who are 1–29 days past due Assist customers with: Adding credit cards Updating expired payment methods Enabling auto-pay Resetting passwords Heavy collections handled by another department Customer Care Representative Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM One Saturday per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) Answer inbound calls from customers regarding: Account assistance Payment options Title requests Website login issues #WestPriority25
