Accountable for providing effective customer service to patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities.

  • Answering phone to respond to all inquiries made by patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities.
  • Schedule patient appointments as required via telephone calls and written notification to patients.
  • Screening and routing patient calls to other departments efficiently, ensuring accurate registration.
  • Responding to patient’s questions and needs for editing, canceling and re-scheduling appointment as necessary.
  • Support and maintain a professional business atmosphere.
  • The individual must be able to work the hours specified.

  • Technical Certificate
  • One-year certificate from business program or technical school or combination of education and experience
  • Less than 1 year in customer service, call center or medical healthcare setting
