ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Be the primary point of contact for the customer and the outside sales team · Answer all phone calls and emails regarding pricing, tracking, parts availability as well as assist end users with locating authorized service centers and reading parts breakdowns to locate part #’s or accessories. · Receives and checks customer complaints and handles them within company guidelines and if necessary, escalates the customer issue to upper management. Processes credit card payments for cash in advance orders. Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company. Receives miss shipment inquiries and forwards to the correct department to file claims. · Offer Superb customer service, including excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: · Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly and professionally speak to associates and customers at all levels. Fluent verbal and written proficiency in Spanish and English languages preferred · Be comfortable / experienced in a call center environment and perform call center duties. · Strong investigative and problem-solving skills · Able to read, comprehend and accurately follow instructions in a constantly changing environment · Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. · Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed. · Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality. COMPUTER SKILLS: · Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: · High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.); and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
