A to Z Bathroom Remodeling of San Antonio is seeking a Call Center Representative for our San Antonio, TX market and surrounding areas to join our winning team. General Purpose: Provide excellent customer service while contacting homeowners by phone to set qualified appointments for free consultations. Accurately input and manage lead information, update reports, and respond to inbound inquiries from advertisements.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions preferred
- Product knowledge (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Deliver a scripted pitch to homeowners
- Adapt scripts to meet the needs of individual homeowners
- Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
- Collect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
- Schedule appointments over the phone
- Enter appointment details into the system accurately
- Document key details from conversations
- Confirm appointments set by canvassers or sales representatives
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Conduct quality control calls
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to ads
- Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
- Maintain and update lead information and reports
