Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
  • Comfortable with computers and multi-line phone systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about our services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the system.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
