About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our tax-specific department. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls related to property tax inquiries and provide exceptional support to customers and lending partners.

Requirements

• Call center operations
• Excel data entry and general computer proficiency
• Strong customer support and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a tax or mortgage-focused call center (highly preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin (a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding property tax-related questions
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers as needed
• Handle 20–40 calls per day, many of which may be lengthy and detailed
• Review and research faxes and emails, routing them to the appropriate lenders or clients
• Navigate multiple screens and work across 5–7 applications simultaneously
• Manage transferred calls from lenders and provide accurate, timely assistance
• Adapt to evolving processes and system updates
• Initially manage calls for approximately three assigned lenders
• Use MSP and Black Knight applications for case management
• Handle escalation calls with professionalism and apply effective de-escalation techniques
