Requirements

  • 1+ year call center or related experience
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Task-oriented
  • Remote work ready
  • Comfortable with goals and performance expectations
  • 2+ years of call center, confirmations, or sales experience
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers over the phone to set sales appointments
  • Communicate product value and educate homeowners
  • Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with energy and professionalism
  • Log accurate information in our CRM and meet performance goals
  • Deliver outstanding service that represents our brand the right way
  • Confirming and qualifying in-home sales appointments
  • Managing accurate schedules for Design Consultants
  • Handling inbound/outbound confirmation calls
  • Reinforcing expectations and keeping customers informed
  • Reducing cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows
  • Communicating with sales leadership and tracking quality outcomes
