The company is a reputable third-party medical billing firm providing billing and consulting services to clients across multiple provider specialties. Call Center Representative Qualified applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare call center, medical office, or medical billing environment. Experience handling high call volumes and working with multiple provider specialties is strongly preferred. Familiarity with medical billing systems or EHR platforms is a plus. Significant exposure to the following areas is required: Inbound and outbound patient calls Insurance-related inquiries Patient demographic updates Basic insurance eligibility explanations Payment inquiries and patient balances Customer service and issue resolution Documentation of call activity in billing systems
