About The Position

Diamond Braces is seeking a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative for our Englewood, New Jersey location. This role supports multiple orthodontic offices by handling patient communications, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and general administrative coordination in a structured, high-volume call center environment. This is a non-exempt hourly position subject to applicable federal and New Jersey wage and hour laws.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Availability for rotating weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Respond to billing, insurance, and general treatment inquiries
  • Accurately document all interactions in company systems
  • Follow established scripts, workflows, and compliance protocols
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
