About The Position

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one-year related experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time or in the future.
  • No agency emails, calls, or solicitations are accepted without a valid agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Handling about 50 incoming calls per day or placing about 120 outbound calls per day
  • Active listening
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Professional phone voice and persona
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Skilled typing
  • Adaptability
  • Understanding of phone etiquette
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
