About The Position
We’re seeking friendly, motivated, and reliable Call Center Representatives to join our growing team here at Total Remodeling & Repair. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and creating a welcoming experience for every potential customer. This is a full-time position at our West Springfield office.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable handling objections and asking follow-up questions
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and data entry skills
- Coachable, team-oriented, and driven to meet performance goals
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to schedule in-home consultations
- Qualify homeowners based on specific criteria to ensure appointment eligibility
- Address common objections, answer questions, and explain the appointment process
- Document all lead activity and appointment details in our CRM (MarketSharp)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and internal teams
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
