About The Position

Brandcoven is seeking a remote Call Center Representative to join our growing team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to work remotely

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently
Meet and exceed performance targets, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings
Continuously develop knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent and professional interactions with customers
