Requirements

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume call environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work overtime as needed
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to employers, references, and organizations to verify employment information
  • Maintain a professional and courteous phone demeanor at all times
  • Accurately document and confirm verification details in company systems
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of requests
