About The Position

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. This role is fully onsite in Rockville MD. This role is a contract role through April 2026 with the salary being $24-28/hr

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and identifying the best solution
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using internal systems and resources
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Meet personal and team performance targets such as call handling time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction
