About The Position
US Heart and Vascular is in need of a full time Call Center Representative to join our team at Heartland Cardiology in Wichita, KS.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of call center experience
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and verifies appointments as needed
- Answer incoming calls in a timely manner. Route calls as appropriate.
- Serve as back-up to check-in/check-out due to staffing shortage and patient volume.
- Any other duties as assigned or requested.
