About The Position

Join the Provider Network team supporting Health Medicaid programs. This in-office role involves assisting healthcare providers and members with questions related to Medicaid eligibility, claims, and general program inquiries. Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Must reside locally and be able to commute to the office

Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with Medicaid-related inquiries, including eligibility, claims, and provider support
  • Accurately document all calls in the system
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
  • Meet required attendance, productivity, and quality standards
