Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the dealership's main email account and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with service inquiries or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and customer service delivery.
