Responsibilities and duties: Managing incoming and outbound calls in a timely manner Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics Identifying client's needs, clarify information and obtain necessary information for further processing Assist with setting new client appointments Assist with processing payments This is not a remote position Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service role is a plus but not required Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively High school degree or equivalent Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not require
