The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to ensure effective communication with patients. This role focuses on maximizing patient satisfaction and retention by providing superior customer service and accurately scheduling appointments.

  • Handle all inbound calls from new and existing patients.
  • Make outbound calls to patients and prospects as needed.
  • Maintain company expectations for converting inquiry calls to booked new patients.
  • Ensure accurate input of demographics and insurance information into the EMR system when scheduling new patients.
  • Obtain marketing data for inquiry sources.
  • Collect patient email addresses for communication purposes.
  • Communicate appointment preparation information to patients.
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients and prospects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service required.
  • Prior call center experience preferred.
