About The Position

Graphic Products is seeking a Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for their software and printer products. Requirements

  • Minimum of one year technical troubleshooting experience in a call center environment.
  • Passion for working with people and providing customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate via phone, live chat, and e-mail to assist customers with questions or issues related to software and printers.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Graphic Products applications.
  • Assist customers with installing and using safety label printing software.
  • Log cases detailing requests for technical assistance and steps taken to resolve issues.
  • Provide support for software installation, printer and software troubleshooting, training, template creation, sample printing, and order processing.
