About The Position

The Reservations Agent is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The agent is responsible for handling all incoming calls in a professional courteous manner while booking hotel reservations and answering questions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License or State issued ID.
• Must be able to use all equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to, computer keyboard, Cisco Call Manager software, paging system and two-way radios.
• Cross training to achieve proficiency in both PBX and Reservations System is required.
• Must adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Should be prepared to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Book hotel reservations.
