About The Position
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to work in our HUB (Call Center) department. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for learning and following the company's policies and procedures, which are crucial for maintaining the quality of service we provide to our customers. The position requires answering customer service phone calls and inquiries, which involves a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively. In addition to handling customer inquiries, the Sales Support Specialist will manage customer delivery preparations and confirmations, ensuring that all deliveries are successful and meet customer expectations. This includes checking all sales orders for accuracy and generating daily reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. The role also involves working closely with all store personnel on a daily basis to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments. Candidates should have clerical or receptionist experience, as this will aid in managing the administrative aspects of the role. Flexibility is key, as the successful candidate must be able to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
