About The Position

This is a PRN position at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, requiring work every Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, totaling 16 hours per week. This position is not benefit eligible and requires guest service experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
• Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
• Tracks inquiries, questions and answers and provides resolution.
• May perform clerical or administrative duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
