About The Position
The Call Center Representative at Malcolm X College is responsible for providing excellent customer service through the City Colleges of Chicago Call Center. This role involves delivering quality information and advising to students and the general public regarding academic programs and services offered by the City Colleges of Chicago. The representative will assist callers with inquiries, maintain logs of activities, and coach students on educational planning and administrative requirements.
