Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
  • Must live within the state of West Virginia.
  • Must have current access to high-speed internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload).
  • Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday.
  • Must have a private work area, free from distractions for the duration of the workday.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Effective communication skills with a professional tone and poise.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills.
  • Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work alone and with a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain focused.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support in a call center environment.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and issues related to healthcare services.
  • Maintain a professional tone and effective communication with clients.
  • Utilize knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology to assist clients.
  • Adhere to HIPAA Privacy Rules while handling sensitive information.
