Our client, a leading national Pharmacy Benefits Management company, is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their Plymouth, MI team. Description Customer service representative working in a call center environment Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls regarding pharmacy / presciption benefits Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information Great customer service with high level attention to detail. Entering information accurately Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity. Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers

  • Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls regarding pharmacy / presciption benefits
  • Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
  • Entering information accurately
  • Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
  • 1+ year of recent call center experience
  • Stong job tenure
  • Strong technology skills and ability to learn new programs
  • Candidates must have availability between 5:00am - 10:00pm each day of the week. Shifts will be assigned based on a merit system, but candidates must be open to the entire possible range of hours.
