About The Position

  • Proven customer service and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support to members calling the call center.
  • Counsel new and existing members regarding various credit union products and services.
  • Perform assigned teller tasks associated with processing member transactions.
  • Assist members with inquiries, processing mail, wire processing, and authorized account changes.
  • Help members open new accounts and stay current with applicable policies and procedures.
