The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies. The Call Center Representative/Clinical Recruiter 1 has the following duties: Screens panelists for clinical trials over the phone• high call volume experience in a call center or similar environment preferred." • Schedules panelists for clinical trials • Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, taking detailed messages when necessary• Updates panelist information in the panelist database• Enters new panelist information sheets into panelist database• Sends panelist information sheets to prospective panelists via mail, email and/or fax (this responsibility is shared with Supervisor of Recruiting• Makes reminder calls to panelists • Makes cancellation calls to panelists when needed• Pays owed referral fee(s) to the appropriate person • Performs Receptionist duties as needed• Archives panelists' applications• Assists Supervisor of Recruiting with other tasks assigned• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time Call Center Representative/Clinical Recruiter 1 positions are full time (40 hours per week), onsite, with starting rate of $22.00 per hour.
