About The Position
RCTV is looking for Part-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is not remote. We are currently hiring for Saturday–Sunday shifts that starts 7:00AM-4:00PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working weekends is required. The ability to work on a weekend-based schedule is essential. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

- Accurate data entry skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential, even with our relaxed, casual work environment.
- Must be available to work Saturday nights.
- Reliable means of transportation.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
