About The Position
Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer (Part-Time) at Amazing Lash Studio – In-Studio Office Amazing Lash Studio is looking for a dependable, energetic Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer to support multiple studio locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking to people, and is comfortable being back-to-back with calls and texts. Position Overview As a Call Center Receptionist & Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll handle inbound calls, make outbound lead calls, send follow-up texts, confirm appointments, and support guest communication across multiple Amazing Lash Studio locations.
Requirements
- Strong phone communication and texting skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and lead follow-up
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work weekends and evening hours
Nice To Haves
- Customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls for multiple Amazing Lash Studio locations
- Make outbound calls to new leads and follow up on inquiries
- Send follow-up text messages, confirmations, and reminders
- Assist with appointment confirmations and basic guest questions
- Accurately document guest interactions in our systems
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and upbeat phone presence
- Manage a high volume of back-to-back calls and text conversations
