About The Position

This is a Pharmacy Technician role that will be fully onsite Monday-Friday. The client is located in the Grassmere Park area of Nashville.
Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm
Pay: $22-$24/hr
Job Duties:
Handling calls from patients and doctors
40-50 calls a day
Confirming prescriptions
Answering questions about prescriptions
Entering prescriptions into database
Will work on a scripted outbound dialer

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Must have state of TN Pharmacy Technician license
• Strong customer service/call center skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
