Tech-Savvy: Experience with call center software or CRM systems is a plus!

Responsibilities

Notify customers of security alarms and system issues.
Notify police, fire, or guard services when needed.
Provide real-time security surveillance.
Support customers and employees with inquiries and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate records and explore solutions to resolve problems effectively.
