About The Position

Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics- Spring (77389) is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team! The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service. This includes answering and transferring incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries and concerns.   $15.00 Hourly Pay Rate Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is an outpatient clinic network serving the greater local Houston, TX area. Employment for this position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to answer high volume of calls professionally and courteously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of ECW or other EMR systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft teams, ability to correspond with company departments to assist callers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume of incoming calls professionally and courteously. (about 100 calls a day)
  • Direct/transfer calls to the appropriate department.
  • Triage incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to emails that arrive using our general office email address.
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
  • Process patient payments and collect co-payments.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
