About The Position

The Call Center Operator is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer communications in a fast paced environment. They serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency, including accurate data entry
  • Ability to multitask efficiently (e.g., typing while speaking with customers)
  • Patience, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude when interacting with customers
