As a Call Center Operator, you will provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests. You will answer, route calls, and take messages to the appropriate departments. Your responsibilities will include completing daily reports and records as required, supplying information to callers, and recording messages. You will also call back all guests who called to assure completion of their requests and maintain required records/logbooks relating to housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as required. Additionally, you will be a liaison with the front desk daily for services and the VIP lists.
