Cornerstone Family Healthcare is actively recruiting for Bilingual Call Center Operators to join our growing Call Center team in Newburgh, NY. This is NOT a remote job! The role involves providing excellent customer service at all times, politely greeting patients, responding accurately and appropriately, and thanking them for calling. The operator will make appointments for new and existing patients using the practice management system template, coordinate with departmental Patient Services Representatives and nursing staff to accommodate patient requests for earlier appointments, verify all demographic and insurance information gathered from each patient, and provide back-up support for patient registration as requested by management. The operator will also attend monthly departmental meetings and handle other duties as assigned.
