  • Answer calls in a courteous manner within 3 rings, identifying self and practice.
  • Determine and prioritize the nature of incoming calls using office protocols.
  • Respond to patient communications and route complete and accurate messages to the appropriate individuals while ensuring patient satisfaction at the end of each call.
  • Exercise good judgment and communication skills, demonstrating awareness of emergency situations.
  • Provide information, direction, and other assistance to patients as needed.
