The ideal candidate will have strong computer and communication skills, proven management experience, and a background in customer service. You should be able to handle conflict resolution effectively and be available to work evenings and weekends. Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm appointments
- Recruit, train, and manage Call Center Representatives
- Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts
- Manage and organize sales representatives’ schedules
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets
