Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team of Call Center Representatives
  • Oversee daily operations and appointment scheduling for our sales team
  • Confirm customer appointments and ensure scheduling accuracy
  • Manage inbound and outbound call flows
  • Maintain top-tier customer service standards
  • Monitor and meet performance goals, quotas, and KPIs
  • Work closely with sales and operations to optimize results
