Requirements

  • 5+ years of call center experience (healthcare scheduling software strongly preferred)
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage performance metrics and adapt to change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and notepad preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience (3+ years) in customer service preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing call center team
  • Oversee onshore and offshore operations for patient support services in dermatology and aesthetics
  • Drive operational excellence through data analysis and KPI management
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and develop staff for success
  • Resolve escalated issues and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Support vendor scheduling functions
  • Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned by leadership
