For Experienced Loan Officers: Join a dynamic platform where your established NMLS license and experience can be leveraged for maximum production. 1+ years of experience and an active NMLS license. Proven ability to meet and exceed production targets. Master the loan lifecycle, aggressively develop your professional network (Realtors, builders), and drive significant loan volume. For Industry Newcomers & Aspiring Professionals: Do you want to learn the mortgage business from the best? We offer a clear pathway to obtaining your NMLS license and mastering loan origination. We're looking for professionals with a strong sales background, exceptional drive, and analytical skills. Rapidly absorb product knowledge, achieve lending compliance (SAFE Act), and learn to advise clients effectively, turning leads into successful closings. Your Core Mission: Origination & Negotiation: Offer, negotiate, and process loan applications with precision. Production: Hit ambitious loan production goals—plain and simple. Coordination: Be the central hub, coordinating smoothly with our processing and underwriting teams.
